  • What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
    To meet the needs of all customers, we do not require a minimum order quantity.
  • How do I place an order with your company?
    Call or send an email to the phone number or email listed at the bottom of the website. Then a sales rep will reach out to you and discuss your current packaging needs.
  • What are your accepted payment methods?
    Cash, check, or credit card. Any card transactions will occur a 3% processing fee. We accept ACH payments provided you supply us an ACH form from your baking institution.
  • Do you offer volume discounts for larger orders?
    Yes! As you buy more units, the price per unit decreases.
  • What is your shipping policy? How long does it take to receive the goods?
    We can generally get orders out within a day. We work with local, regional, and transcontinental shipping services. We do encourage our local customers to come by the Plymouth Facility to pick up their order.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    We will accept returns on the basis that it is return in a timely manner and the condition that it was sold as. When a product is returned, a credit will be applied to your account.
  • Do you provide product samples?
    Yes, we are able to provide product samples from the manufacturer.
  • Are there any geographical restrictions for your wholesale distribution?
    No, we are able to ship throughout North America.
  • Do you offer drop shipping services for wholesale orders?
    Yes, we can drop ship from the factory directly to your place of business.
